CSA!

Thanks to baby Ella's parents, Nate and Amy, who brought us our first CSA share today. Nate and Amy own Pig's Eye Urban Farm, and this is their first growing season. We are thrilled to be a part of this amazing endeavor. Today we got a bushel basket full of yummy produce and we will happily be eating it all week. We will be talking this summer, as our different veggies arrive, about Nate and Amy and their garden. It is really awesome to watch the birds start to understand where their food comes from, and to appreciate the farmers in our lives. Hopefully we will even take a field trip to visit Nate and Amy's farm in the city!
